Description
COOL-GREASE™ (CGR7016) is a reworkable, boron nitride filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive paste. It exhibits outstanding thermal transfer in comparison to most adhesives. The non-curing nature of CGR7016 makes it ideal as interfacial compound for thermal transfer for power devices and heat sinks. With one of the highest thermal conductivity and lowest thermal interface resistance among all thermal greases, it has been proven as the standard in providing system thermal resistance of 0.06ºC/W-sq in with nominal increase for thickness. CGR7016 is thixotropic and withstands high temperature exposure without dripping. CGR7016 is ideal for holding wafers in Deep Reactive Ion Etchng and Through Etching for MEMS application.
